Our coaches specialize in Rehabilitation planning, seamlessly transitioning your rehabilitation programming from early corrective strategies into advanced performance training (and anything in between) in order to facilitate rehabilitation, injury prevention and build optimal performance.

Massage Therapy

Our massage therapists are able to provide a wide variety of therapeutic options for differing conditions ranging from back pain, whiplash, sporting injuries, athletic recovery and relaxation. All of our therapists are Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) and meet the 2200hr credentialing requirements in order to be covered by extended healthcare plans.

MAXIME MALO

REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST

Max Malo is a Registered Massage Therapist with a focus on sports recovery, chronic injury management, and performance enhancement, now serving athletes at MOST Physical Preparation. With a strong foundation in competitive sports and a personal history in high school football, Max understands the demands and challenges faced by athletes across a spectrum of sports including golf, skating, rugby, and hockey. Following a transformative experience overcoming a significant spinal injury, Max pursued an Advanced 3000-hour Clinical Massage Therapy program, equipping him with the skills to address a wide range of sports-related injuries and conditions. His practice emphasizes the latest in therapeutic technologies and techniques, notably Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) therapy, recognized for its effectiveness in accelerating recovery and improving cellular function.
