The youth and teen programming is spot on for developing young athletes to play all sports (my kids did Hockey, Lacrosse and Track) or just to help develop active lifestyle habits.
The coaches at MOST have helped me in so many ways. They have taken a clumsy non athlete & taught me that I can be fit. They have taught me how do exercises properly so you I would not hurt myself, and they have modified exercises to allow me to work within my abilities. They created an environment where members support one another, I love the friends I have made. The coaches are always there, ready to give advice and motivate you.
My favorite thing about David and the Most Physical Preparation staff is that their mentality is "There is always room to grow", for you and them, nobody is perfect and we are all here to help each other get better. With patience and time, the progress has been substantial.
