These seminars can cover elements such as workplace ergonomics, workplace stretching and movement, workplace nutrition, sleep hygiene etc. These seminars can be delivered at your place of work or at our facility. They can be delivered in a lunch and learn format or a participatory, interactive seminar style. Exercise Team Building

We are able to plan and roll out team building fitness activities for your staff. All team building exercise sessions include a warmup, workout, and cool down and are coach directed and monitored to ensure safety and efficacy of movement patterns. Workouts include resistance training, cardiovascular development, balance and mobility/flexibility. Workouts can be adapted to suit any fitness level by our expert coaches.
