Let our team assist your pain, health, and wellness goals.
The MOST Clinical Philosophy is based around patient centered treatment options offered by our multi-disciplinary team. Our therapists embrace our MOST Movement First Philosophy and use an evidence aware approach to reduce patients’ pain and movement dysfunction through appropriate therapeutic modalities, movement repatterning and exercise therapy. Our therapists work closely with our coaches and corrective exercise practitioners to deliver individualized rehabilitation planning.
The goal of MOST Clinical is to take a patient in a current state of pain or dysfunction and guide them through the rehabilitation/training process toward any life or performance goal they are seeking. Our coaches specialize in Rehabilitation planning, seamlessly transitioning your rehabilitation programming from early corrective strategies into advanced performance training (and anything in between) in order to facilitate rehabilitation, injury prevention and build optimal performance.
The clinicians at MOST combine their educational background with over 20 years of clinical and performance training experience to provide our patient centered approach in rehabilitation.
Our chiropractors provide a wide range of personalized treatments for conditions including back and neck pain, whiplash, sports injuries, joint discomfort, and mobility issues. Our goal is to reduce pain, restore movement, and improve overall physical function. All of our chiropractors are licensed professionals dedicated to helping you achieve optimal health and wellness.
Julia grew up in High River, Alberta, where a love for sports began at a young age. With a background in both figure skating and lacrosse, Julia ultimately chose to pursue lacrosse at a competitive level, going on to play NCAA Division I lacrosse at Towson University in the United States, where she studied Exercise Science. Following this, Julia returned to Canada to pursue a career in chiropractic, attending the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.
Through experience coaching lacrosse, along with a background in personal training, Julia developed a strong appreciation for movement, recovery, and overall well-being. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and activity levels, whether they are recovering from an injury, looking to improve mobility, or simply wanting to feel their best in everyday life.
Julia’s approach to chiropractic care focuses on thorough assessment, individualized treatment, and an emphasis on injury prevention. By taking the time to understand each patient’s needs and goals, she aims to not only address current concerns but also provide patients with the knowledge and tools to maintain their progress and reduce the risk of future injuries.
Outside of the clinic, Julia enjoys weightlifting, rock climbing, spending time with family, and learning new things.
