Rachelle Gulka, born and raised in Saskatoon, SK, has always had aspirations to work in the athletic field; being a high level athlete herself. She attended the University of Saskatchewan for 4 years, while studying towards her degree in sport sciences. While at the U of S she was a member of the Student Trainer program and worked with the Huskie Wrestling team for 2 years. Working on the sidelines with the athletes and the physiotherapists she gained a lot of insight into the different modalities used for rehabilitation.
After obtaining her bachelor of science in kinesiology, Rachelle pursed her massage career, attending the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in Saskatoon. During this time she became a member of the Canadian Sport Massage Therapists Association and certified in advanced sport massage. Rachelle has been practicing as a RMT since fall of 2016 and has expanded her knowledge of therapeutic/sport massage further. She has had the pleasure of working on a wide variety of athletes, to help them get back to their fullest potential. Her massage specialties include deep cervical work for whiplash or headaches, deep tissue treatments, myofascial release, sport massage (pre and post event), and trigger point therapy.
