General Membership

Small Group Training at MOST is called our Physical Prep classes, these classes will provide you with the opportunity to set personal goals, choose your training frequency and commit to a progressive, sustainable strength & conditioning program in a challenging and motivating environment.

Coaching is provided by highly qualified performance coaches with years of education and experience. This program is ongoing and based on a yearly training plan.

Initial Consultation

Every member at MOST goes through an initial Membership Consultation. At your initial consultation we will discuss goals, physical activity history, injury history and perform a complete physical assessment to ensure that the appropriate training option is selected.

Initial consultation fee will be applied to the first month of any one-year membership.
