Football

Programs about – Adopting a movement first philosophy, MOST Football specializes in movement analysis, motor skill acquisition and football focused performance training for all ages.

All programs will focus on age appropriate physical development in accordance with the Long Term Athletic Development Plan (LTAD). Each program will also include an academic mentorship component and an optional 30-minute study hall in order to promote and facilitate academic as well as athletic success.

The programs will be divided into 8-week blocks and will begin Monday January 7th, 2019. Each group will be capped at 12 participants to ensure the highest level of coaching for every athlete.
