A movement based approach to Chiropractic Medicine. These sessions are one on one with MOST’s Chiropractor Dr. Leif Edwardson.

Leif Edwardson coach at MOST Physical Preparation

Leif was born and raised in Edmonton where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Alberta. He then obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic in Portland Oregon, while simultaneously studying a Master of Sports Medicine from the University of Western States. The Sports Medicine program exposed him to treating all kinds of athletes with both fast paced sideline work, as well as providing clinically relevant experience. Prior to living in Portland, he worked as a personal trainer and coach running group fitness classes in Edmonton. His approach to treating includes a thorough exam to find the source of pain or dysfunction, followed by corrective strategies to solve the problem and to build a long term solution.

In his free time Leif is passionate about the outdoors and plays various sports. He is also an avid backcountry skier, mountain biker, and kiteboarder. He looks forward to seeing how he can help you achieve your health goals.
