Fit Kids – Starting April 18th

We would like to welcome any kids that are looking to learn the basics of lifting and movement based training. This will be a fun training environment designed to educate kids on how their movement and training leads to better results in all areas of life. This program will have age appropriate training modalities and be led by Coach Liv Price.

Running April 18th – June 27th:

Ages 8-12

Saturdays @ 10:00am 


Ages 13-17

Saturdays @11:00am
