Physical Preparation is the initial phase of athletic development , athletes work on general conditioning to improve strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, structure and skill. Being Physically prepared  helps prevent imbalances and boredom with both specific and non-specific exercises by conditioning the body to move properly.  As athlete’s develop their level of physical preparation can often be compromised with early or over sport specific training.Everyone needs a certain level of general physical preparedness in order to live a happy healthy life.   At MOST our philosophy consists primarily of general preparatory movements  and some specialized conditioning exercises to work all the major muscles and joints.  At MOST our programming is progressive, meets individuals needs and address’s basic physical preparedness all the way up to elite performance.
